The applicable prices are those indicated on the web at the time of ordering, an amount that includes the pertinent taxes in each case. The purpose of the collection of this data is the fulfillment of the sale service between the user and Ace of Aces™. This website is aimed mainly at users residing in Spain; We do not guarantee that the website complies with the regulations of other countries. The user is empowered to formalize with Ace of Aces™ the contract for the sale of our products in the different languages that this page allows. This document of General Terms and Conditions of the contract constitutes an agreement between the user and Ace of Aces™ in relation to the sale of the different products offered here. All orders are subject to the availability of the products. If there are incidents regarding its supply, the client will be informed about it immediately, proceeding to refund the amount of the product without stock.
Ace of Aces™ undertakes to deliver the product in perfect condition to the address that the user has indicated in the order form (it may be different from the buyer’s address). Ace of Aces™ is not responsible for possible errors caused in delivery when the delivery address entered by the user in the order form does not correspond to reality. According to the times indicated in the "Shipment" section depending on the shipping area and not including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays in Spain or in the country of delivery). Made to order:
In the products in which a "made to order" term is indicated, this term must be added to the shipping time.
Product customization time is four to six weeks, which should be added to the delivery time. These periods are indicative. In the case of international shipments, the normal delivery time may be extended.
The prices of shipments are calculated in the purchase form before finalizing the order (the postal code and the order amount are taken into account). Ace of Aces™ subcontractors to perform product delivery services are: DHL, Courier or similar depending on the destination. They are first-class private couriers that guarantee maximum security and speed in the delivery of orders.
Shipping costs are free for orders over €300 worldwide.
Estimated delivery times:

· European Shipping 48-72h.
· International Shipping 5-7 working days.

Once the order is finished, the delivery addresses cannot be modified.

If the user is not going to be at the agreed place of delivery, he must contact the carrier or, failing that, Ace of Aces™ to organize the delivery of the order at another time. In the event that 30 days have elapsed since the order is available for delivery and has not been delivered for reasons beyond Ace of Aces™, we will understand that the user decides to terminate the contract. For the rest of the countries (non-EU members), it is important that the user knows the possibility of generating the application and accrual of taxes and customs duties in their country, in accordance with the current regulations of the destination country. These costs will be borne by the user.
Ace of Aces™ will not be responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees under any circumstances.
Ace of Aces™ accept returns within 14 days from the date of purchase, in the same condition in which you received your order.
Once the order is received, please check the items carefully. If there is something defective, please contact us as soon as possible (always within 2 days after receiving the shipment) through email@example.com To start the return or exchange process, please contact our customer service team at the following email firstname.lastname@example.org, indicating the order number, in whose name it has been made and the garment you wish to return.
IMPORTANT: Any return that comes from outside the member countries of the EU,Ace of Aces™ is not responsible for any cost of tax or duty related to it.
Process: Once you have contacted us at email@example.com, we will confirm if you can proceed to make the shipment by your means.
Upon receiving your return, we will verify that the items have arrived correctly, remember that the items must come unused, unwashed and with all the labels and packaging accessories they had when you received them.
Once the package is received, we will notify you by email, as well as when the refund of the amount paid is made.
The payment will preferably be made by the payment method that was initially made.
If you want to make an exchange, we will pay for the initial order you returned and you will need to place a new order on our website.
Keep in mind that if you have paid a shipping cost for your order, this will not be paid, unless the items are incorrect with the order or defective.
Ace of Aces™ is not responsible for any return costs such as transportation costs, customs or any other charge arising from it.

In the products within which "Made to Order" is indicated, an estimated preparation time appears, which must be added to the shipping time indicated for your area.
